"Buddhas Belly bamboo" is a large ornamental bamboo featuring the famous bulging nodes on the culm and can grow up to 6-8 metres in height and can be trimmed down in height if need be . Keep in mind it is a beautiful arching shaped bamboo, so trimming it too short can impact the integrity of its shape.
​Buddhas Belly bamboo is quick growing, and can be fully grown in 3-4 years if established well. It can take a couple years for the bulge to start being impressive.
